MESH Helps was born from a dedicated effort to address the question, "How can we strengthen the skills kids need for their mental, emotional, and social health and build resilience through play?" This initiative began in collaboration with resilience expert Deborah Gilboa, M.D., and involved extensive research leading to the creation of the MESH Helps White Paper.   • Play together: choose your cards as a team and take turns passing around lanyards so everyone can have a chance to lead the search
  • Play in teams: pick an equal number of cards and attach to one lanyard for each team
  • At the end of your journey, capture memories in your discovery journal
