Shipping Policy 

General Shipping 

Shipping is available to all 50 United States, as well as Puerto Rico and APO/AFO addresses. We cannot ship to PO boxes in Puerto Rico.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped Monday – Friday 
  • Orders ship from Indiana
  • Some items within your order may ship separately
  • Orders cannot be split and shipped to multiple addresses

Shipping Cost

We offer free Standard shipping for orders over $50 before taxes are applied. For orders under $50 before tax, Standard and Express shipping rates are offered during checkout and vary based on order weight and delivery zip code. You can view shipping rates for your address at checkout.

For Standard shipping, orders will ship via USPS or FedEx Ground Economy, depending on order weight. For Express shipping, orders will ship FedEx Standard Overnight. Approximate delivery dates are provided during the checkout process. For questions about further expediting an order, please contact our customer service team at team@pennycake.com or 888-281-4267. NOTE: Shipping times may vary for Hawaii and Alaska.  

Return Policy

If you'd like to return an item, please submit a request on our Contact Us page (www.pennycake.com/pages/contact), selecting Order Return as the Topic. We'll email you instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that the item is returned with all of its original pieces.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund promptly. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card account. 

Damages and Missing/Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately and let us know if any item is damaged, defective, missing parts or if you received the wrong item. 

To contact us, use the contact form on our Contact Us page (www.pennycake.com/pages/contact), selecting “Damaged/Incorrect Product Received” as the Topic. We'll email you instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your order was damaged, please take pictures to send to us after we reply to your contact form submission.

Exchanges

We are unable to process exchanges.

Refunds

You will be notified once your return is approved. The refund will go back on your original payment method within 7 business days of when the refund is approved.
